Caterpillars of the Carnation Tortrix and Cyclamen Moth attack a wide range of ornamental plants including Asparagus Fern, Bay, Begonia, Camellia, Carnations, Citrus, Crassula, Cyclamen, Ivy, Kalanchoe, Mimosa, Oleander, Pelargonium, Plumbago and Peach. The caterpillars bind the leaves, often on the growing shoot, but once the damage is seen it is difficult to control as the caterpillar is protected by 'webbing'. The Moth Trap uses a pheromone to catch the male moths.

These pesticide free traps control a wide range of insect pests, including whitefly, thrips, leaf miners and green fly in the greenhouse or conservatory.
