Branches smothered with clusters of small red flowers. Display tree at Garden Centre.

Very hardy, dense round-headed deciduous tree, thorny branches, shiny deeply lobed leaves. Branches will be smothered with clusters of clear bright red double flowers in early May followed by bright red fruits in autumn. Very attractive specimen tree, or can be used in a Quickthorn hedge.
TREE 20ft x 18ft (6m x 5.5m) in 20 years, ultimate height 25ft (7.6m).
