Nasturtium majus Peach Melba

A gorgeous variety with rich, salmon-peach, semi-double flowers held above the foliage. Very easy to grow, suitable for bedding, edging and flowering freely in most soils. Will grow almost anywhere and does best in poor soils. Also makes a very showy summer flowering pot plant for the cold greenhouse, conservatory or cool, well lit windowsill. Flowers summer to frost, Height 30cm (12in).

Sowing Instructions. Sow in spring where they are to flower 2cm (¾in) deep in well cultivated soil in a sunny open site. Sow in rows 30cm (12in) apart and thin out to 15cm (6in) between plants. For earlier flowering they can be sown in early spring at a temperature of 13-16C (55-60F) and transplanted into 7.5cm (3in) pots.

Growing Instructions. Gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost. They flower most freely in poor dryish soils and full sun.
