One of the best Kohl Rabi in recent T&M trials. The result of intense breeding rewards you with intensely coloured purple-blue bulbs which have a resistance to becoming woody, together with a delicious sweet, nutty flavour. (Brassica oleracea) Crops in 65 Days.
Sowing Instructions. Sow thinly, 1cm (½in) deep in drills 30cm (12in) apart. Best used in successive sowings. Sow March to June, at 4 week intervals.
Growing Instructions. Thin seedlings to 10-15cm (4-6in) apart. Keep moist and cool to prevent running to seed. Harvest when roots reach at least golf ball.
Aftercare Instructions. Pick regularly to avoid a woody texture developing.
