Imposing, hardy, deciduous tree with unusual shaped large leaves which are rich-green in summer turning clear yellow in October and November. 2 inch (5cm) long tulip shaped yellow-green flowers in July followed by slender cone shaped long lasting brown seed heads. 20ft x 12ft (6m x 3.7m) in 20 years, ultimate height 100ft (30m).
